Lisa is a product marketing and design management consultant and design educator. Lisa understands the design process through multiple experiences including design of recruiting applications, background verification services, content management systems, and corporate websites.
Lisa authors and teaches the courseware in Introduction to User-centered Design at The Art Institute of Tampa, Florida. Lisa has been a champion of user-centered Web design since 1999, practicing and teaching on the tangible benefits of humanizing software design to product design organizations and students of Web/interactive media design.
