I do believe technical communicators have opportunities in SL. Torley notes in his post that one of the problems with user-created products, especially more complex ones, is the lack of good documentation. Based on some of the items I have acquired, I see a great need. Whether creators understand the value of investing their Linden dollars in better usability or documentation is another question and one requiring education as well as availability.
