A community for anyone interested in user experience design

Hi folks,

I'm currently rapping up a 16 participant contextual inquiry project.
Awhile ago I remember seeing a modified "rose chart" as one way to map some qualitative trends found in research.

Does anyone have any good examples of this - with the rose chart?
or any other examples of visually mapping qualitative trends using a traditionally quantitative chart? I'd like it to be as multivariate as possible.

Thanks!
Ryan

Hi Ryan,

is this to what you are referring? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radar_chart

(see also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chart)?

In general terms, I have found Slideology and The Back of the Napkin: Solving Problems and Selling Ideas with Pictures two exceptional resources.

Hope these help...

Alex
